First of all this skill art is amazing, but second it's a terrible way to put your target in the Stumble state.

I was in Elmo land with my chanter and ran into another chanter. Our Pent. Shocks both proced at the same time. It was.....so...beautiful. I'm not kidding. Like it was perfect timing. I actually froze for a second (Lucky I was stunned lol).
