Video rant about how after a maintenance issue with a plane from US Airways ruined my entire long weekend to Florida and I wasted a vacation day for it, I called US Airways customer service. There I spoke with a supervisor named David who insulted me, attacked me verbally, and refused to give me the full refund I deserved after I politely explained the situation and how my entire vacation day and weekend were ruined because of the maintenance issue that preventing me from enjoying my weekend down in Florida. If anyone else has had issues with US Airways customer service, please make it known and hopefully change will happen.

It frustrated me just listening to how they treated you. Maybe its worth going to the actual airport to complain, make a scene, you never know, it might get you somewhere because to be honest, its well within your right to get that money back based on the circumstances.
