you got 11 and 12 mixed up. Spinal accessory (11) is on the side, right at the end of spine while hypoglossal (12) is inferior to the medula. A general rule of thumb is that all nerves are ordered as they appear rostral to caudal except for 11 and 12

I think you got Vestibulochoclear and facial nerve switched. The Facial nerve should be medial while the vestiblochoclear is lateral.
