20 seconds of work with a 10 second rest x 12 rounds for a total of 6 minutes (instead of the usual 4)! You will be doing Standing Ski Jumps, Spiderman Pushups, Floor Ski Jumps, Tricep Dips, Jump Lunges and Alligator Pushups! Do it as many times as you dare!
This is a really awesome workout.....It kicks my butt. I really am loving the 20 seconds on 10 seconds off that everyone is doing now. Can't wait for the next video.
