Rhythm #21 March26B_2011: "The Intermittent Zone"

This Video, much like the previous video Seems to be Artifact heaven. However, there is more evidence of Intermittent Block or Intermittent breakdown of communication between atrium and ventricle. And of course as the video progresses you see an undulating baseline which I believe is caused by an underlying conduction disorder.
My confusion is what that conduction disorder is. I do not know why my ectopic beats do not form a repetitive pattern in the same way that other conduction disturbances do, however look carefully and you will see shapes form which have reoccuring patterns in the course of the video.
The fact that the sinus beat keeps plodding on through all of the ectopic beats is a matter of confusion as well. There is a rhyme and reason to my intermittent condition. Undulating Baseline, Perhaps Multifocal ectopic beats, Perhaps some lack of communication lost between atrial and ventrical happenings. Something hidden an ecg can only hint at.
