Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. stepping at the 10th annual Step Correct step show on new years day in Queens, New York. This team placed second in the competition.
YO... just offering a comment about this show. I was in the building that night and saw the entire competition, and these guys brought some very intricate, very intense choreography. Their show was probably 90% stepping, which is VERY hard to do. I definitely tip my Kap. With that said, I think the repetition factor hurt these guys. To a crowd who may watch stepping but don't actually step themselves, a lot of the best moves in here were buried amid phrases that were used too often.
ZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE PHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!! Now that's what I call a show! Y'all repped it something serious! Yes Sir! Do ya thang! I'm lovin you!
must give respect to my frat that is steppin. intense enthusiasm and presice. step correct and the teams are different since i step in the late nineties and early 2000s. i have retired now but i enjoyed this show it brought me back to my college days as asst step master
@TRIPLEX709 I DONT AGREE... Sigmas are innovators and we allow our self's the freedom by not associating our organization with any "Mascot" or "Staple Move". I have been to step shows in CA, OK, TX, KS, GA, AR, TN and Maybe somewhere else I forgot and I can say Sigmas put on a good STEP SHOW and often are judged poorly. Queues get undue HYPE for hopping not really that complex, Kappas limit themselves with the canes and Alphas GOING TO TRAIN!
