  • Have you ever even eaten escargots? It's amazing and delicious. Maybe you should try opening youself up to new things and experiences and you wouldn't be so ignorant

  • "apprentice cooks" .... let the people who have earned that position call themselves that - these people are home cooks taking a class - worlds apart from an apprentice.

  • @ryanwhibbs would you like to be called a cook if you were a chef?

  • @Beeshitten tarragon and asparagus

  • What was the stuffing for the salmon? I can't hear very well.

  • how can cooking ever be out of style?

  • j7: Desperate or smart? I think smart. Snails multiply like mad and are an excellent source of nutrition.

  • Not really, I mean I guess you can call that a peasant dish but that's not really what french cuisine is mainly about. Mexican food for example is a peasant cuisine because they use primarily undesired animal parts such as the stomach, tong, and feet in many of their dishes. It's quite disgusting if you ask me.

  • i am very impress with your snails. most people would just step on them in the yard but you french people dont waste anything. what other people dont eat you make it into food . you have to be pretty despirate to do that
