Gaui 500X QuadCopter from http://www.buzzflyer.co.uk/quadcopters.asp This is the upgrade from 330XS. Looks amazing - flys even better! With the lighting kit fitted the 500X can easily be flown in low light conditions. Here we're testing it with a GoPro camera mounted underneath.

  • guys do the leds come as standard with the Quad or do I have to buy them separatelly???

  • @drnikolitsisV Hi, they're not included, unfortunately - but are in stock and pretty straight forward to fit.

  • Just wondered, how come your white LED`s are solid? mine are blinking and would prefer them solid.

  • @Friskle123 Hi, I think this must have been an odd set - the other sets I've tested do blink - so guess that is the default factory setting.

  • Do you have any onboard video footage ?

  • I am awaiting the 500 x to come in the mail but my biggest concern is I didn't get the scorpion motor package.. Are you running stock Gaui motors or scorpions?

  • Hi. What type of LiPo battery are you using for this set up (eg 3S/2000mah)? And what transmitter and receiver are you using? Thanks!

  • You will find that you can make the white L.e.d's at the front go solid and also make them blink at different speeds. You are able to do this by adjusting the endpoints of the channel that you have them plugged into.

Nice vid to by the way.

    Cheers Dave.

  • Do you have video footage from the go pro?

  • @BuzzFlyerUK

thanks, have to say though, they are spot on for visibility , a must have addition to the frame imho.:) they aid orientation at night perfectly .
