Why brazilians will always be the best at football

Even when they are not playing football, they are still better than anyone else in the world. check it out.

I was at a beach in Florianoplis, Brazil this Feb. There were some guys playing volleyball with their feet and heads only. They are not professionals, there was no crowd or cameras (apart from my small one) but they were still good enough to be envious.

Thanks for posting this. These guys are just ok. This sport is called footvolley and it's getting popular in the US and Europe as well (footvolley.com, efvf.com). Watching a game with top players is really a great experience. The best ever is called Renan. He's from Rio de Janeiro but he's retired. Nowadays we have Helinho, Magrao, Belo, Marcelinho, among others. Those guys are so good...

yeah, I know that these guys are not pros or anything, but the point was that this was just a random beach with random people playing. go to the local park in england and all you see is people hoofing the ball upfield and performing crippling tackles through lack of talent. maybe things will change one day, but until then, the sport of football will the theirs!

i agree, friend,since 1994 they won every tournament they disput,except 98(vice champion) and 06,.4 continentals 3 conf cup and 1 wc.I agree we have a offense that ofuscate the defense,but no team can win 80% of such big tournament(also sub 20´s andsub 17´s)without having a good D.After 1982 football changed a lot and only in the 90s brazil became more defensive.The actual team is great on defense but not so great in the atack

well, that's why they won the WC2002. But if it wasn't for the defense, they would win every major tournament. We'll see how they do in 2010.

thats in the past, the brazilians are among the best in defense too:luizão,thiago silva(milan),lúcio(inter),alex­(chelsea),juan,etc.

and in this last wc qualifying had the best offense and defense,best keeper in the world(julio césar).the best defense in the last 3 world cups,not to mention 1994(since then defense became another brazilian specialty)Brasil gets it all.

If the technique was the only thing to matter among football, they would win every World Cup. Fortunately, there are other things the Brazillians forget (let's just recall the defense).

Weird, guess it didn't. I basically said this sport doesn't matter right now, but the same skills can be applied to soccer.
