The rape scenes in the show make reference to previous cinematic rape scenes. The scene where Indiana is raped behind a temple is a reference to the 1999 film Boys Don't Cry, the daydream of the lawyer in which George Lucas rapes Indiana Jones on a Howard the Duck pinball machine at a bar with Steven Spielberg cheering him on, is patterned after the film The Accused, in which Jodie Foster's character is gangraped on a pinball machine. The scene where Indiana is forced to squeal like a pig while he is raped is a reference to the 1972 film Deliverance.

@Theaveragetype It's not just the Sci-Fi elements it's the monkeys with greaser haircuts that swing with Shia La'buttfuck while he's doing his best Tarzan through the tree tops. It's Indy getting into a fridge to survive a Nuclear weapon detonation at ground ZERO! It's the over use of CGI like the ants instead of using real vermin and natural or practical special effects. All that AND adding Aliens (and even fucking the aliens up) is what made Indy 4 a HUGE PIECE OF SHIT!
