A 12 min. practice suitable for all. This sequence of gentle modified postures brings the spine through its full range of movement, and is therefore a complete back care routine. I find it helpful for me now that I'm recovering well from the treatment of Breast Cancer, both Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. It's a time to cultivate courage and confidence in moving forward in life. Warrior spirit is just that! Give it a go!
