Under the first covenant, the Israelites were God's chosen people (Deut. 10:12-17; Exod. 19:5-7). But the first covenant became obsolete and God instituted the new covenant through the death of Jesus (Heb. 8:7-13; Heb. 10:1-18; Matt. 26:26-28; 1 Cor. 11:23-26).
Under the new covenant, believers, Jews and Gentiles, are the chosen people (John 1:12; John 3:3,5-6; John 3:16; Eph. 1:13-14; 1 John 5:1).

Whatever faith you follow, do you even know it. Jesus came to confirm the true Torah not create a new religion. Anyway apart from that.
