yeah, MS said you should not do this
since you are using SSD, you should turn it off to have a little longer lifespan for your SSD
I regret (b'coz expensive and quick death, worth it the money?) and kinda happy same time (because it is fast)

@ecchibear MS said that Superfetch is disabled @ default after WEI tests 4K reads over ~8MB/s. If your system drive is slower than that (HDDs or 1st gen SSDs) it will not be turned off. It is disabled in the services sometimes from my experience, but others it is not, even with the same SSD. As for the life of the drive, SSDs will last for many many years and can write ~1 petabyte of data. Yes the NAND writes is limited, but hard drives on the other hand die due to mechanical failure faster.
