Well, to me, COP makes every single skater look frantic--mad men & women on the ice.
Evan's choreo is not as boring as it used to be, which must be a plus.

First off, the hair. You're dancing to Firebird and Scheherezade, for heaven's sake; helmet-head just doesn't cut it. Try highlights and a spiky do, a la Kozuka. I think it'll lend an air of excitement and danger to your skating that, frankly, doesn't exist right now. Plus, with crazier hair, you might even be able to pull off the feathered shoulder pad look.

everything he does always looks so forced. The throws everything. He just doesn't have grace. That slow passage was ugly. He shouldn't put moves in like that if he can't do them beautifully. even though this program wasn't as frantic as last years, it still had that frantic, forced feel to it. I realize he is lanky, but I've seen tall, lankier skaters with unforced, graceful movements. not sure what kind of music would suit him, but the firebird (SP) and this clearly don't.

I cant wait to see how far he will take this program.
lots of potential.

the triple flip was not only underrotated but twofooted and the take off from the wrong edge too...
flip jumps and this music...just apparently aren't a good match.

Horrendous costume, overused music, way too much arm flailing. Throwing your arms all over the place isn't good choreography.
I love Frank Carroll, however.
