Remember kids: Fasten your seatbelt to prevent spinal injury...getting beat up by American police while unconscious with a broken neck could mean electric wheelchair city.
By the way, this happens hundreds of time every day in U.S., Canada, Australia and Europe.
I am glad that I am not a policeman or ever had been one becase of all the innocent people put in jail that is now out and all the drug arrests that are out and all the brutality that the police have committed & hurt many other people by lying and putting them in jail there must be millions of very angry people when shit hits the fan they will hunt police down like a dog with rabies and cut his head off and put it a pole police and armed and retarded they R cowards
@whitfkl318nu What happens to a suspect is determined AFTER a guilty conviction. It's the judge's job to pass down punishment, not a cop's. Punishment is not in their pay grade.
@jackjolli If I ran into the fray and was raining down punches on that guy's dome, I'd be in jail. The cops should be in prison as well. They had no right.
I guess this basically destroys the whole "There are only a couple of isolated individuals who give all the law enforcement officers a bad name." argument. Seems to me that being vicious jackholes is pretty common among the people wearing badges and carrying guns.
The officers deserved to get fired for this and everyone else who was involved and did nothing. This was not a racial issue and we all know Birmingham has a history of police brutality during the Civil rights era. The fact is that there were black and white officers involved in this beating and they crossed the line and oversteped their authority. True, the suspect was wrong in almost running that officer over and eluding capture, but those cops were wrong as well.
when fleeing in a 2 ton death machine, police brutality should always be thrown out. defending a fleeing crook (CAUGHT ON CAMERA!!!!) is ridiculous. but u see it from ignorant asses all the time. its not like the police give u a headstart, and then when they catch u shake yur hand for a good match. theres only one reason a crook runs, because he's guilty.
Here is Langford talking about B'ham Police and corruption. I remember him even calling them stupid...so calls the kettle black Mr Langford with 60 felony convictions. GOOD RIDDANCE.
The officers that beat the guy was from the Hoover Police department. reported in the Birmingham News. That is why Langford had no clue as to what went on. They were speaking to the wrong mayor.
The stupid cop was in such a hurry to get in the first blow that he fell right on his ass in the mud. Hilarious!! What a bunch of clowns.
