Did you know that 1989 Cubs manager Don Zimmer AL Umpire Richie Garcia were censured by MLB in 1989 for gambling. The problem is that MLB wanted to make Pete the scapegoat. Just like Richie Eastside said a few blogs below, it's time to reinstate Pete and "move on."

Pete Rose not being the hall of fame is just total bs...we're talking about a guy who would get walked and sprint his heart out to first base, come on...I know he gambled on baseball but he said he was sorry and he got the required help and now has owned up to his mistakes, MOVE ON!!!!
