An animation featuring Gato (or Gonzalez) from Chrono Trigger. I modeled, rigged, and animated it in Maya. I'm really looking forward to doing more animation!

Hahaha! I love it, reminds me of WALL-E. After those clanking mechanical failures, his final mishap is hilarously anticlimactic :D

how do you get the took like black outlines? is it part of the texture, or a render thing?

I used the Maya toon outline feature. It can output to painteffects or a poly-mesh.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! It took about a week to model and rig and then about a month to animate, light, render and edit.
