I'd love to know if one year later how it's going...I have done Paul Mckenna and had success, but I always seem to fall back into my bad habits again. I am once again back to trying his method for weightloss. It is the only one I am not miserable on.

i am not being funny but thats not verry good my wife lost seven pounds in one week just by reduceing the amount of junk food she eats and doing a bit of exersise by the time two months past she had lost 28 pounds let me no what diet you are on so i no to avoid it

congratulations on your weightloss, you look great! Did you change alot during that time, like what you ate and excercise? And did McKenna help in any way, or did you just deside that you would make an effort. I need to loose weight, but end up letting my bad habits win and continue as before.
