It does matter actually. No matter how good your driving is, people will still pull out in front of you if they can't see or hear you...

@Rofocowboy84 It would not matter. The SWAT I think is trained to respond fast to emergency, and the SWAT drives very good, I hear in my area they are trained to drive and shoot big gun (sorry I am from France my first year english)

@IMFDB It is nothing special. A shit tone of departments use it. They use it to find stolen vehicles and any outstanding unpaid citations. More so for stolen vehicles. They will find 2 to 3 stolen vehicles a day just by driving through parking lots.

You think that's cool, I just saw a black Prius with 4 camera's mounted on top of the hood scanning for license plates in my apartment complex. It's either police of CIA for sure because the girl in the passenger seat had a Police-Spec Panasonic toughbook computer, while this old guy was driving. Nevada plate 211 VPD! Somebody please respond if you see it again!
