Best Swiss Rock Band and most creativ Swiss Band ever: Debile Menthol from Neuchatel. Released only two albums: Emile au jardin patrologique (1981) and Battre Campagne (1984). Mixed up Punk, Classic, Jazz. They were put in relationship to the eighties-underground (Fred Frith, John Zorn, Tom Cora, Etron Fou Lelou blanc, Honeymoon Killers, Minimal compact ao). And in fact they were part of the very creative swiss scene of those days: The young gods, Grauzone, Unknownmix and so on. More Material from debile menthol: recrec, zürich.
