Going to the gym and using weights should be used when a person has mastered the proper technique. Too many people think they need to go to the gym and start using the weights. But you need to make sure you have proper form and are ready to ad weights or you could do serious harm to your body.

great video - people need this kind of instruction when exercising - people need to be able to learn proper movements with body weight in the gym first. form and posture are severely lacking with people i see in the gym - and many of them have trainers! it's ridiculous.
