@lark7201 I have viewed this same phenomenon only less intense at a spot in Santa Cruz where you can see from the side of Empire Grade a view of this huge valley connected to a sketchy Lockheed Martin research facility stretching out into Ben Lomond etc (over which is a restricted flight zone). You can feel the magnetic flux in the air and eerie energy as these lights just like the ones above give these strange nightly displays. My feeling is that this energy is being used in black projects

Weird, what i want to know is are those ufos in the sky above the lights? I cant see how it could be the lense as they appear at different locations and the camera doesnt move

@lark7201 if you read the comments I gave my opinion, but cant be 100% sure ... in the end it is what it is, independently from the name or reason you are giving, it is what it is ... u can still ask: good or bad? And all I can tell you is that good or bad is also an opinion, what is good for you can be bad for me and vice versa.You can say an EQ is bad because of many people will die,but the nature does not act for revenge or to be bad, it just does and happen.

These lights have been observed at close proximity to HQ epicenter (see Sakurajima ) I think they are rocks under stress compression, allowing electricity to course through the rock itself. A kind of electromagnetic surges. Lightning should be visible not because of the electrons on the move, but because of photons that accompany the surge.Or it might be a kind of LIFT from our friends above?
