It's been a while, sorry that this video has only just been uploaded.
I am recreating the New York City Subway system on my Trainz Simulator 2009, available for purchase at auran.com.
In this video, we watch a Brooklyn-bound (A) Express train make its long express run (one of the longest in the system) from 125th Street to 59th Street - Columbus Circle. It skips seven local stations: 116th Street, 110th Street, 103rd, 96th, 86th, 81st, and 72nd.
Between 110th Street and 72nd Street, the tracks change configuration from the usual downtown local, downtown express, uptown express, uptown local pattern. The trains run on two levels, with the uptown trains on the upper level and the downtown trains on the lower level. The local tracks are on the western side (in this video, the right) on both levels.
From 125th Street to 116th Street we see a Brooklyn-bound (C) train, and at 96th Street we see a Brooklyn-bound (B) train.
There are several inaccuracies/modifications that I will point out. First and foremost, the subway cars that I used in my previous videos were faulty and had missing dependencies, which caused glitches and problems in the game. I am now using older versions of the same car, hence the blue stripe on the (B) train and the (B) bullet being white.
Second, the uptown express track at 103rd Street actually changes elevation AT 103rd Street, not south of it as shown in the video.
Also, signals are not true to their actual positions. Speeds and speed limits, however, are fairly precise.
The sudden curve at the end of 59th Street station will be deleted as I progress further downtown: I made it so there would not be a gaping blank hole at the end of the station.
All subway content seen in this video is available at the Auran Download Station, creditted to Magicland.
How's this coming? Is it available yet?

Man I took the Nostalgia train in August and we went up to 207 street Yards. Those R1's were awsome. Awsome Route bro. Really neat route!!!!!!. I am thinking of doing a tribute the ELs in Manhattan. also possibly a South Ferry Loop and Culver shuttle too. Or a NYW&B one who knows I gotta star working on it now
