  • Also remember that these are studio tracks in which the pitch can be altered in the mastering process. The two singles that Carly performed live during her mall tour back then sounded more like Idol Carly, in pitch, if not in style or material.

  • I'm sure that Carly sang these songs much like the "demo girl", who in this case was her producer (and song writer) Danielle Brisebois.

    Carly has a huge and had much lower tones in her voice, even at this age. If you search the demo, Bridge of Hope, that she did at age thirteen, her voice actually sounds more "mature" (read: lower pitched) then because she is using her lower range.
