  • I have been making these since I first saw this clip on tv, over a year ago. They have become a regular meal at my home. My non-vegetarian boyfriend likes them, too. I have used kelp flakes also, and various sorts of seaweed. I often use just regular seasoned breadcrumbs, if I don't have panko. You can also make other flavored patties with this basic recipe, using different spices instead. I always bake them in the oven, they come out great and crispy that way, with less fat.

  • Okay I tried this tonight, and omg!!!!!!!! it was so good. you have to use the seaweed. Even my carnivore family loved it! This is the first tofu dish I was about to like that I have made.
