"Rainbow Connection" is a beautiful and inspirational song written by Paul Williams and Kenneth Ascher and originally performed by Kermit the Frog, (Jim Henson), in The Muppet Movie in 1979. It received an Oscar nomination at the 52nd Academy Awards. I used to sing it to my children (that and the "Circle Game"), so it has a soft spot in my heart. I only did one take on this one - a bit too emotional for me...
