woo hooo.. you go girl! It is curly kale. when you juice kale make sure you put something more juicy first and after.. like cucumbers or fruit.... great video and I'm so proud of you!

I mix all my fruits and vegetables. I wonder what drinking one or two would be like, hmmmmmmmmm. I also put in protein powder so my drinks are not as green. I do like kale. It is not sweet though. Did you find that you liked it this time?
I love teaching also. I taught back from long time ago to now in Sunday School, VBS and at a Christian camp.
