this isnt even the bad part of the storm .... that didnt come until around 11 or 12 that night....i rem everything from those 2 hurricanes we got that year

I remember a few days before it hit, the news was saying it would landfall as a CAT 4 or 5 with winds up to 145mph.......good thing it downgraded before landfall! I was at FIT in Melbourne for it
