@spacepatrolman evans was weaving all over the road in another manslaughter/ death by auto case[you need reckless driveing involvement for someone too be charged with manslaughter in a car ] a driver was so drunk he thought he was driveing on the highway when he was driveing on a bike path and killed a pedestrian he was charged with first degree manslaughter he accepted a ple bargain for secound degree manslaughter .
