Music Studio (http://www.xewton.com) offers a complete music production environment for the iPad/iPhone/iPod touch with features and a sound quality previously only known to desktop applications and expensive audio hardware.
It combines a piano keyboard, 65+60 studio-quality instruments with sustain, a fully fledged 127-track sequencer with audio tracks, extensive note editing, reverb, real-time effects, microphone recording and much more on a user-friendly interface.

@thefreakyone22 You can't email them, but if you press 'export' you can download it from a server on your internet

@DiNogamerz 1. Yes, you can also export in .mid and .wav format. 2. Yes you can use external Synths with e.g. the Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer (or did you mean if it has synth instruments? A lot...) 3. NanoStudio only lets you do electronic music, while Music Studio has studio quality instruments of all styles (from a Rhodes to a harp to a banjo).

Can I use this application in multitimbral (16 midi channels) mode with a hardware synthesizer via MIDI ?

@TheGuiseppe82 Yes, the tracks 1-16 can be routed to the 16 MIDI output channels.
