Julian has lived off with the money he lures from his rich female customers. But now he faces usurious debts from a hasty expansion of his business, and he will be killed unless he clears the debt in one month. The only way to save himself is to pretend to be the long-lost brother of an heiress and kill her to get her huge fortune.

If the patient is in Legal age she can already decide whether she wants to undergo the surgery or not, right? In this movie she's already 20yrs old. So I guess she can already decide if she wanted a surgery or not.

the letter was sent to by her deceased brother, the real Ryu Jin. Ryu Jin and Jullian are friends. He always wrote about Julian in all his letters to Min. so, Min is curious about his friend and wanted to know more about this person which her dead brother always mentioned in the letters.
