MUSTANG & COBRA ANDERSON PMS PART 3 OVERVEIW, TURBO,NOS,2-STEP

All i can say guys is READ AND ASK. go on forums, like turboforums., corral, stangtunning. and theres lots more. Search about your exact engine and what you have stock first!, Find out what the stock timing is, stock fuel pressure, etc. learn all you can, cuz that will help you when you get to the tuning,

Say i had 21* total timing stock, now im runing boost, you want to take approx -1* out for every pound of boost in the MID and WOT.

before you do any tuning, get a wideband!! an datalog!

yea i jsut hooked up my map , made my own 3 wire harness, and ran it out to the map, which is mounted on the firewall by the brake booster, so that way it gets a more accurate signal.

also if you want good hose to use for vaccum,boost etc, to hookup you map,wastegate,bov watever, go to lowes, they got orange air line hose, .30 cents a foot, and its rated at 300psi, so its extra thick, and you dont have to wory about it collapsing when it gets hot. it works good for oil feed lines to.

no problem, i went thru the same thing, plus it took me months to just figure out what tuner system to buy, thats another reason i did it. I love PMS LOL

i have 1 of these also not sure how to make this thing work right got some #'s form anderson when i bought it but after a full tank of nothing but problems i put the chip back in ( help!)....

@cobra96svt570 . I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYIN ONE OF THOSE PMS FOR MY 91 STANG. HEARS SOME OF MY MODS . IS IT WORTH BUYIN WITH THESE MODS. TRICK FLOW UPER-LOWER INTAKE, ONE INCH SPACER, 70MM THROTLE ,70MM MAS AIR ,RPM HEADS E303 CAM MSD IGNITION, TECH FLOW HEADERS AND MAC CAT BACK SYSTEM ,19LB INJECTOR 255 FUEL PUMP, FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR , ELECTRIC FAN. NOT MUCH HERE BUT WITH THIS STUFF IS IT WORTH BUYIN FOR THIS SETUP.
