Of course, because people are usually calm, not in a panic and attitude free when one of their parents has a seizure on the floor shortly after surgery. People who panic and swear in situations where someone could die are fucking bitches, aren't they? Or, ya'know, maybe it's just you not having a good grip on common sense.

Well EVERYBODY knows that. Chicago cops esp. have a long reputation for corruption dating back to Prohibition under Al Capone.John Stossel did a documentary showing some off-duty Chicago cops beating up some innocent guys in a bar, and NINE POLICE CARS IN A ROW drove up and then drove away when they saw it was their fellow thugs doing the beating. One after the other, the cop-cars just showed up and drove off.
