If I include my mobo booting up and typing in my username/password.. its around 28 seconds..

both mine and yours take 10 seconds, give or take 1 second.

yours has no gui which mine takes the extra 6 seconds to load.

either way arch is the shit!

for no reason, i think Linux computers are not sold here in Portugal... oh well, i preffer Windows anyway (please don't start saying linux is better and all that shit it's just my opinion!)

Linux is not a computer, it is a Operating system. you don't "Buy" a linux computer, you buy a IBM compatible pc (windows) and download it for free.

There is no better os , each is good for it's own purpose

trust me on this linpus is REALLY basic i installed ubuntu netbook remix on mine and it waaay better about 25 seconds to boot
