7 Seconds are one of the best bands of all-time and a quintessential hardcore punk band. I love everything they ever did. This band means so much to me and their lyrics have made such a huge positive impact on my life. Thanks for posting this video!

I'm sure they started out with the mind set of being straight edge but I think as they got older they had to compromise that because they couldn't preach unity and all their positive messages and exclude alcohol/drug users cuz a lot of people do those things and I think they saw themselves as having an agenda that was greater and they didn't want to divide people that's what I've always heard them talk about is unity...as far as wanting to branch out and do other things then hardcore it's only

I'm no where near straight edge but 7 Seconds has a great sound and a good point. It's just ironic that I smoke cigarettes and drink beers while blasting this out of my stereo wherever I might be at. Minor Threat too... haha, i guess i'm a poser... yuck. good video.
