I wish they would just make cubes where instead of black cubes with stickers on, the plastic was coloured for each side.

Is it really rare? I bought one in a thrift store, a genuine one, for about 50 cents and it was too boring and hard so I threw it away. If it is really super rare I'm going to be so mad.

A friend gave me an alexander's star once for a couple pieces of gimp.... needless to say that though it looked cool.... I'ts no use to thsose without the patients to solve one. so in turn, I gave it away to a rubic's cube maniac.

I was able to put mine back together with this video.

how did you get those to turn so well?

WOW, I guess these are rare. Sell for lots on Ebay. I had one of these before. In the early 80's. I remember as a 12 year old then, I paid somewhere around $13 (early 80's dollars) for it. I did NOT enjoy this puzzle. It was boring to me, cause to me then, even if its solved even though I couldn't It still looks mixed up. Plus it always kept locking! Makes me wonder what happened to my Alexander's Star

I want one but they're too expensive on eBay. It's not fair, I want one and you have two.

its kinda annoying how the pieces rotato on top of the stickers so they peel sometimes
Mindstormscreator 2 years ago 3
well this depends, the pieces are slightly sinked, so the sticker is under the turning:)
But once it peels its annoting:P
