Paint & Spray Techniques-How to Paint your 68 RS Camaro in your Home Garage part II

This is part II of How to paint your 68 RS Camaro in your home garage. Mark Aquino transforms this 1968 RS Camaro Convertible in our home garage. We've created a paint booth in the garage and will be painting and water sanding between coats. We use 500 wet to water sand, then shoot base, then clear coat. This will make for the best paint job. Spray techniques: water sand with 600, use 2-3 coats of color, mask stripes, 3 M charcoal mask, strokes need to be even, black in unforgiving on body work, with gray and high pearls you want a 50% overlap and no blotching. Keep the gun moving.
