Everyone should learn a form of martial arts i am starting my training soon :] I have went through 70LBS of weight loss. And now focusing on muscle training for upper body and continuous swimming. Now this looks like its my next step i cannot wait to learn this because it can protect you and your family and your soul. Knowing to fight does not have to be for revenge or who is the strongest it could also be to better your inner self through discipline and i believe i am ready.

@Aphrophis it is cool because you can aquire abilities quicker...because people in my country are trying to make us submissive and they are being taught to want a handicapper general and trying to belittle a lot of us for wanting to aquire strenth...they want us to be on ritalin and prozag and want us to be like sheep.
