@checo898 In the late 70's early 80's before Edward Koch was mayor and Abraham Beame was - New York City suffered one of it's worse financial crises in it's history. The city was on the verge of bankruptcy and it is a well known fact among historians. I suggest you read up on it - or easily google the info - save your ignorance comment become self-reflexive.

he was puerto rican..`obsession` was his decks..kid was king of h back then. until he got knocked when he was 22. he hung w/ red top peeps at limelight. i heard he had judy lopez play on his boat for his bday when he was 19 or 20. they made a movie half based on his life. forget the name. with leguizamo. and he was a stocky kid. and a shorty. but he run a tight ship.
