Kurdish Festival first in USA. Atlanta 2010

First Kurdish festival hosted in USA by KYC in Atlanta GA. Video is recorded and edited by Mr. Sarkawt Taro.

Kurdish Festival is introduced by Ara Alan. The festival lasted three days of Non Stop learning and Fun. Mamosta Mazhari Khaleqhi from Kurdish Cultural heritage institute, Mr. Nazimi Gur BDP representative in US, Mr Qubad Talabani KRG Representative in US, Mr. Dakhil Elias from VOA Kurdish,Mr. Naijal from US Census and Mr. Adalat Garmiany from Art Role in UK were guests of honor at the Festival.
The video shows clips from day one of the festival which includes Talent Show competition and a Concert by Kurdish Artist Jehan Ibrahim from Michigan.

Kurds from many states in US came to the festival. The events were held at Emory University.
