Preview of a Coroplast heat exchanger intended for solar air heaters. Coroplast is an inexpensive

and easily available material. The Coroplast channels are ideal to transfer heat from a heated

fluid to a colder one. Coroplast stacks are already used for domestic air to air heat exchangers already sold on the market but this new configuration shows major differences:
-It is a air to liquid heat exchanger
-It operates in a liquid environnement
-As the Coroplast is in direct contact with the liquid to heat ,the plates need to be spread in the middle section to operate properly without thermal stagnation.
