Hmmm...I don't remember this particular opening sequence (I remember Redd in his USPS uni delivering mail). Music was different, too. But it's too bad...I think it really had a good chance to make it into the mid-90's. But obviously, after Redd passed, it was a done deal! Even I stopped watching after he died--and I was 8! But it was fun while he was on...you also got to see a very young Larenz Tate (just before "Menace II Society"). Jackée also signed on eventually, but she was too annoying.

I had a crush on Sylver too. Lol. Wonder what she's doing now. Toni,Tony,Tone did a great job on that song.
