I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which is New York's highest licensing level for practicing psychotherapy. My license number is: 078246.

I have been practicing psychotherapy in New York for many years. I create a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment for each client to allow for maximum growth, improved self-esteem, and an overall happier life. I am here to help you manage the daily emotional issues and psychological challenges you face. I treat preteen and adolescents to adults of all ages as well as parents and families. I see clients with a variety of different backgrounds and issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma and others.

Emotional issues will be addressed during therapy sessions. These are often overlooked or remain unattended to by other health professionals. Feelings of isolation, depression, anger, loss and others become detrimental to healthy living and increase the risk of mismanaging chronic illnesses including Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's Disease and others.

I have been managing my own chronic illness for 34 years. Diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes at age 6, I personally have greater knowledge and a unique understanding of the relationship issues between chronic illness and oneself, parents, family, spouses, friends and business colleagues.
