Blacks are not dispropotionately executed if compared against their numbers on death row. That is the statistic these guys hang their hats on. But, take one step back and see the proportionality of blacks sent to death row, and the numbers are staggaring. No American can explain the ratios without admitting the system of jurisprudence is racist systemically. It most likely starts, at the beginning, with the assigned lawyer. 80 percent of innocent people freed by DNA have been Black.

I've noticed that Ron Paul is spewing lies about race, as if he has been taken over by a fit of PC madness. If Ron Paul wanted to be a real trailblazer, rather than the clown he has become, he would drop the PC lies and with that all the anti-war lies too. OK. So if we have more black victims killed by whites and more black prosecutors prosecuting those whites, there would be more proportionality in the favour of the blacks and that would then somehow make the whole situation more fair??

Prager is the one wrong here not Ron Paul. US Census 2011 says blacks make up 12.6% of the pop. in the US, whereas whites make up 72.4% (See Census stats on race. They won't let me post the link). However, Blacks make up 42% of those on death row, whereas whites make up 44% (death penalty info dot org). So whites are on death row almost 1/2 their pop. in the US, whereas blacks are on death row almost 3 times their pop. in the US. That is all Ron Paul is saying. Prager unusually wrong this time
