Wow you look amazing! I have a question and if it's too personal don't respond BUT it's so important, girl to girl, that you let me know, how long it took you to lose your weight, how many cup sizes you went down and if your breasts sag now, I'm SO worried that mine are going to after I lose all of this weight D; I've heard that the slower you lose the better, but how slow exactly?

@cutechoclatechip i used paint shop pro. all i did was crop the background of the pics, and put them together side by side...it was pretty easy =)

OMG!!! U look great!!! I was on WW a few months ago, but I stopped because I didn't think it was workin as fast as I wanted it to. I lost 10 lbs from 7/10 to 9/10... but after seeing this video, I am seriously thinking of re-joining. Do you have any suggestions?!

@lucckeemii my suggestion is to keep patient. you can look at it this way. you have two people--one is on WW and losing weight at a slower/gradual pace, and the other is on a "diet" and losing weight really fast. fast forward now and the WW person has lost the weight that they wanted to lose and has gained a healthy relationship with food and is able to maintain the weight they lost. the person on the "diet" is now skinny also, but struggling to stay skinny because they are "off" their "diet".

@lucckeemii so slower is not always the worst, by losing weight at a more gradual pace, i am able to know how food affects my body, and if i have a small weight gain, i know that i can get the pounds off without have a freak out session! Nothing happens overnight in the weight loss world, so i would say, just hang in there and watch you body and you relationship with food change.
