S Tel, is the youngest mobile operator to have won 3G spectrum in the recent 3G auctions in India. The company had a 100 % success rate in the auctions having won 3G spectrum in all its 3 circles of operations - Bihar, Odisha and Himachal Pradesh. S Tel also has licenses for Assam, North East and Jammu & Kashmir circles where it will be rolling out its 2G services in 2010.
