The Massachusetts Call Firefighters Association and CSX Transportation do. The Safety Train is one of the largest railroad hazmat emergency-responder training programs in the U.S. The association owns 18 cars donated by companies like ACF Industries, GATX, Union Tank Car, GE Railcar, TTX, Amtrak, CSX, and Conrail.
