If only China could provide accurate disclosures on how these statistics abt Literacy rates etc hv been derived. After all, they fake all the time n Truth is not their cup of tea. Besides u mite want 2 know d real truth abt how many Tibetans r behind bar, how many r tortured every minute, how many have been brutally killed..try2know d truth instead of accepting at face value 4rm ur Communist Govt.
