If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest exposition every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking I am not professing christ...where the battle rages there the soldier is proved and to be steady on the battlefield besides is mere flight and disgrace if we flinch at that point(Martin Luther)That said I agree. An Iron Tonic for sure. From Seattle.Good Stuff
In a time when the church is debating the level we ought to engage the culture, this is one of the best views I've heard. It seems to match the way that Christ, Paul and all the apostles spoke and wrote. I love the use of the term "cultural apologetics".
I actually got into a little bit of an argument with you when you spoke to my seminary class at NOBTS a couple of year ago.
I just hadn't heard anyone say those things before, but since I'm one of your biggest fans. I've come to realize that our society, perhaps unintentially, rejects kids and the idea of family. As parents we've got to be intentional about raising kids accord to the Bible rather than by cultural norms...a lot of Christians aren't ready to hear this, but preach it anyway!

Thank you, Voddie for your ministry. It would be great to hear more talks (or even books!) from you on Christian and cultural apologetics.
