@ttto What you said makes no sense and is refuted by what actually happens during the game.
It would have taken you less than 5 minutes to test this, and if you had you would have realized you were wrong. Please do basic research before you scrub up my videos with gamefaqs-level garbage.

I know at least the fact that it is from the game Einhander, 2nd portion of stage 3, but no idea what it's called off the top of my head

This is why crossovers are golden in New Generation.

I gotta know the music! it's so unpretentious inconspicuously divine this music I imagine we could drive our hovercars to the end of the world in. Oh yeah, Street fighter III is the greatest

@nostrathomas1 The music's from a Playstation Gradius-type shooter called Einhander. The soundtrack is not too hard to find, but I don't know the name of it.

i'm pretty sure dudley's sa1 and sa3 are 1 frame too.

If they're not in this video, they're not.

no i'm pretty damn sure i'm right, srk wiki and many other 3s database sites list both of dudley's supers as 1 frame.

The strict definition I provide for "can't block on reaction" is 1 frame. The only super normally available to the player in 3S that has this property is EX Aegis reflector.
How can they be 1 frame if the EX Aegis is CBR but the Dudley supers aren't?
Is the EX Aegis is faster than one frame? How can something begin on the 0th frame?
In SI Dudley's supers were CBR, how could they be faster than 1 frame in that game? That makes no sense.
The SRK wiki is wrong, big surprise there.
